The Institute represents the voice of Baltic Non-Executive Directors. BICG members are dynamic change-seeking individuals and companies who share and support the mission of the Institute.

Since 2009 the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance has set the agenda for Corporate Governance development in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Institute is a non-profit, non-governmental association that engages business and political leaders in the region. BICG aim to be the most transparent and accessible civil society organization in the Baltics.
